Cancelation policy

50% of the total cost of booked services will be required to book again if given less than 48 hours notice.

Late policy

the first 10-15 minutes you are late will risk your complimentary blowout & style. After that time frame you will then be considered a no-show and you will then be charged 100% of the cost of booked services.

Each color appointment is typically around 3 hours long for reference, however every appointment is customized so timing may vary.
